Training to surpass your self placed limits

The human body is capable of some amazing things. Your potential just needs to be brought out, you need to challenge yourself to see how strong you really are. You ARE capable of losing 20kg while working full time, you ARE capable of deadlifting 300kg. All that you need to do is put in the work required to get your there. The only thing you may lack, is the plan that gets you from A to B, which is what I take care of for you.

Why Saiyan Strength?

Training for specific goals requires specific programming. However this doesn't mean training can't be fun AND beneficial at the same time. What makes me different from the rest is that I hold your enjoyment of the process at a higher priority than others do. I'll make sure you enjoy the whole process while doing incredible things you never thought possible. This DOESN'T mean your progression will be slowed, in fact you tend to train harder at something when you're enjoying it.

I've been in the gym for over a decade, had coaching for 3 years and graduated with a bachelors degree in exercise science, I started to coach myself and expand my knowledge in coaching. I've built my strength up to a 280kg squat and a 280kg deadlift while weighing under 90kg. I coach my own powerlifting team who have started from nowhere and have now competed in state level competitions. I've helped 100's of people improve their lifting form and reduced injury pain in peoples daily lives through exercise. I've trained with 'the average guy' and helped to lose 25kg while building strength.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Who is this coaching for?
    Anyone who is serious about taking their training to the next level. You get out what you put in. We give every resource you need, from diets to training and personally handling you at competitions if local. Only thing we can't control is your attitude towards it, if you're committed then you will achieve anything, if not then maybe you're not ready for coaching.
  • How does coaching work?
    Everything works through the online service. You get your programs delivered to you through our app. Through this app, you log the exercises you do, upload videos and leave notes in it for feedback on your training. For full in depth video analysis' we have a seperate app. Upload your main videos to that for a full breakdown on everything thats happening. For the nutrition side, you will talk to your nutrition coach about your goals and come up with a plan that applicable for you. You can check in with all of your coaches whenever you please.
  • Do I need experience?
    Not at all. Sometimes starting from scratch can be easier to build the foundations we need for further down the line. Theres no need to wait to join!
  • What if I don't live locally?
    The entire service is online regardless. The only thing you'd miss out on by not living locally is being handled personally at your comps. Which you still wont be doing alone, we will always have you being prepared, explain how everything goes so you feel confident during it.
  • How quickly will I see results?
    Hard to say, it depends entirely on your experience. If you're not already an advances/elite lifter then its almost guaranteed you will beat your old PB's within 12 weeks maximum if your adherence is perfect.
  • Do I need to follow a specific diet?
    The best diet for you is one you'd stick to. We will give you an example of a diet for you to follow but we will only ask that you follow the macros given. If you can do this then you can eat whatever you like!
